I called at 10 PM on a Wednesday night and scheduled a pick-up for 2 people at the Aston Waikiki Circle Hotel to go to the airport the following morning at 9 AM. We waited until 9:15 AM for the van to arrive, but no one showed up". So I called the same phone number 808- 544-0004/. It rang about 12 times before someone finally answered!. The woman who answered knew nothing about our scheduled pick-up'. She called a man over the radio, but he know nothing about the scheduled pick-up either". They asked if I had a reservation and if I did, when did I make it,. They were still clueless after I gave them the requested information;. At this point, I didn't have time for them to figure things out/. Ww wound up having to take a cab. 12990df
